Subscription plans are billed either monthly or annually, paid upfront. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles if you choose to cancel your subscription midway.

Your business data (clients, inventory, revenue, and invoices) is purely yours. StockSaaS guarantees that we will never access, share, or sell your private databases to third-party ad networks or competitors. Our database traffic is strictly SSL encrypted.

Our cloud architecture strives to guarantee 99.9% uptime. However, scheduled nocturnal maintenance operations might occur. The service provider will not be held liable for any loss of revenue caused by unexpected server downtimes.

Users may downgrade to the free tier or leave the platform at any given moment. However, StockSaaS administrators hold the definitive right to permanently ban and destroy any node account found engaging in fraud, reverse-engineering, or illegal activities.
